protection measure is no longer effective, when there is widely
available end-user software implementing a circumvention method. My
understanding is that this is not technology-dependent. The decision

una misura non e’ efficace se esiste un metodo ampiamente disponibile di aggiramento e quindi dovrebbe essere lo stesso anche per i BluRay e HD-DVD
