Otto de Voogd (@ottodv) is a software developer and a bitcoin enthusiast, who is being harassed by Estonian police for trading small amounts of bitcoin. He is being threatened with a huge fine alongside a potential 3 year prison sentence under a previously unpublished re-interpretation of the law.

Despite Otto’s server being located in the US, Estonian police is claiming jurisdiction due to there having been an Estonian translation of his website.
