La risposta tipica e' : lo controlla l'operatore per fare lo streaming inibendo la possibilita' di saltare la pubblicita' (o consentendo di farlo, a seconda della strategia).

E' bene ricordare che il negozio e' limitato solo agli USA.
Una cosa che mi ha colpito negli USA una decina di anni fa e' stato un mio amico che e' entrato in un negozio a comprare del software (c'erano ancora), e' andato a casa, lo ha provato, non gli piaceva, lo ha riportato in negozio e gli hanno restituito i soldi.
