Ancora sugli utenti inglesi che scaricano illegalmente potrebbero essere bannati.

Vi ricorderete la notizia degli utenti inglesi che potrebbero essere bannati da Internet se colti a scaricare illecitamente.

Io scrivevo:

Quindi, se in un ufficio c’e’ un utente che scarica illegalmente, che fanno ? chiudono tutto l’ufficio ?
E in una scuola o in un nucleo famigliare ?

Adesso salta fuori che gli ISP inglesi dicono, a mio avviso correttamente, ai titolari dei diritti "se ci fate chiudere un utente che poi risulta che non era colpevole (ad esempio il famigliare o il compagno di scuola), voi vi dovete fare carico dei danni…"
