Gli editori svedesi ritengono che l'85% dei best seller venduti in Svezia si possano trovare usando The Pirate Bay. Come lo sanno ? perche' hanno fatto un tool per cercare tutti i libri su TPB automatizzando la ricerca.
Questo e' contrario alle policies d'uso di TPB ed e' una violazione del copyright che TPB possiede sui propri indici, secondo quanto ironizza Sunde sul suo blog.

In true MPAA style, Sunde is determined to fight for his intellectual property. “I called them up and asked them to present more information about the technical things, so we can send them an invoice if they don’t want to be dragged into court,” Sunde told TorrentFreak in a comment.
Torrentfreak riporta che Sunde avrebbe detto di voler mandare loro una fattura o trascinarli in tribunale.
