BT, 3 UK start 'Terminate the Rate' campaign – Telecompaper.

UK fixed-line operator BT and mobile operator 3 UK have partnered to launch the 'Terminate the Rate' campaign, aimed at a sharp reduction in mobile temrination rates. The operators claim that termination rates account for around 4.7 pence of every call to a mobile line, and they want to see this drop to around 1 pence.
