INVITES THE COMMISSION TO
a) Encourage its dialogue with Member States and stakeholders on net neutrality while supporting Member States in ensuring the rapid development of broadband;
b) Monitor, jointly with BEREC, the issue of traffic management to allow for a smooth flow of proportional, necessary and transparent traffic management practices that do not affect net neutrality;
d) Continue studying, with the support of BEREC's investigations, any aspects of net neutrality where significant and persistent problems are substantiated, including charges and conditions that mobile operators impose on VoIP users as well as throttling of content, applications and services;
INVITES MEMBER STATES TO
a) Encourage the application of the principle of net neutrality and continue their dialogue with the Commission and stakeholders on the openness of the Internet and net neutrality, taking into account ongoing analyses;
b) Ensure the open and neutral character of the Internet as their policy objective.

8) Vicenda Italianshare: come previsto, confermati sequestri e blocco DNS per i siti. Dissequestrato solo il sito che non c'entrava nulla. (Peraltro già dissequestrato giorni fa dal PM).

9) ACTA va avanti, poi dovrà passare al Parlamento Europeo: ACTA Adopted By EU Governments, Now in EU Parliament's Hands | La Quadrature du Net.

After the adoption of the legal instrument allowing its signature by the EU Council this afternoon1, the ACTA agreement will be formally signed this weekend by European governments, during a meeting of the World Trade Organization in Geneva2. This signature marks the beginning of the next phase, where ACTA will be headed towards the EU Parliament, which will accept or reject it in the next months, after elaborating its report.

...The ratification process in the Parliament is already characterized by the absence of transparency. The EU Parliament has refused to publish its legal services' full opinion on ACTA, saying that it would “seriously interfere with the complex ratification process”. Citizens now have a major role to play in making sure Members of the European Parliament face their responsibilities by rejecting this dangerous text.
