Under the 2005 agreement, Mr Sawiris has until mid-June this year to pay Enel about €1bn as the final tranche of the sale….
The people said the deal could be concluded as early as the end of this week, but was more likely to be signed next week…
Quasi me la perdevo. Sawiris deve pagare 1miliardo all’Enel, in scadenza tra una quindicina di giorni, e pare che abbia trovato 900M per il 10% di Wind.
in tutta franchezza, degli operatori pseudo alternativi di telefonia fissa wind è quello che meno ha investito … l’acquisizione di infostrada non ha portato nulla come infrastruttura, l’unico operatore veramente alternativo, che io ricordi, era albacom … comunque anche wind per me è destinata ad essere cancellata …
