E’ vero, c’è una presunzione di fondo da parte delle majors. Come se le leggi e i meccanismi di attuazione delle stesse siano ininfluenti nel caso di azione anti-pirateria (fai da te) che molte società mettono in atto. Ci deve sempre essere un giudice ad autorizzare motivatamente la sospensione della nostra libertà di privacy. Ovvio che chi deve poi tecnicamente provvedere al logging dei dati non può fare altro che rispettare l’ordinanza di un giudice.Ma a mio avviso è giusto che sia così.
