    Per l’utente giapponese, è spesso molto più semplice di inviare un fax (anche via il telefonino) con testo scritto a mano che scrivere un testo un po complesso con una tastiera… Dunque questo è “good customer care”
    In fatto questa è la ragione che il fax ha avuto tanto successo in Giappone!

      nella mailing list dove l’ho letto, le persone giapponesi che lo segnalavano la pensavano in modo diametralmente opposrto…

    Anche io ogni tanto mi rifugio nel fax. Il routing e’ oramai taroccabile perche’ intubato nel packet switching, ma il contenuto della comunicazione e’ meno esposto a modifiche perche’ end-to-end.

    Non potendo usare la PEC (spacciata per sicura), e tantomeno la mail, quando si parla di faccende importanti e irrimedialmente da remoto, rimane solo il fax.
